Damaged, defective or wrong item? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send it back.

Shipping: we ship to the 50 US states and Washington, DC. The pet hoodie ships from a US warehouse. The masks, hanging ghost and candy bucket ship from our supplier's warehouse in China, so they take longer to arrive. See our shipping policy for delivery times.
