Shipping policy

We ship to the 50 US states and Washington, DC only. We can't ship to US territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam) or to APO/FPO addresses.

Where orders ship from: the pet hoodie ships from a US warehouse. The masks, the hanging ghost and the pumpkin candy bucket ship from our supplier's warehouse in China.

Pet hoodie (US warehouse): 1–3 business days to prepare, then 3–7 business days in transit.

Masks, hanging ghost and candy bucket (China): 1–3 business days to prepare, then 10–20 business days in transit.

If we can't ship your order within the time above, we'll email you a new estimated date and you can cancel for a full refund.

Halloween delivery: order the pet hoodie by Friday, October 16 so it can arrive before October 31. The masks, the hanging ghost and the candy bucket ship from China and may arrive after Halloween, so we can't promise them by October 31.

Separate packages: an order with items from both warehouses arrives in separate packages, and other orders with several items may too. We'll email you a tracking link once your package ships.

Shipping cost: free on every US order, with no minimum.

Late packages: delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. If your package hasn't arrived by the end of its delivery window above, or its tracking stops updating, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we'll look into it.
